The Order Includes The Design, Manufacture, Delivery And Installation In The Field Of Information Boards And Protective Barriers: 1) Task No. 1 - Design, Manufacture, Delivery And Installation In The Field Of 10 Pieces Of Information Boards, In The Lower Silesian Voivodeship, The Communes Of Bystrzyca Kłodzka And Stronie Śląskie (The Nature Reserve Jaskinia Niedźwiedzia, The Buffer Zone Of The Nature Reserve Jaskinia Niedźwiedzia, The Nature Reserve Śnieżnik Kłodzki And The Natura 2000 Area Góry Bialskie And Grupa Śnieżnika Plh20016) - In Plots No.: 218/224, 304/2 And 386, Stronie Lasy District, 173/198 And 601, Międzygórze District, 2) Task No. 2 - Design, Manufacture, Delivery And Installation Of Barriers In The Form Of Wooden Fences With A Total Length Of Approx. 330 M, In The Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Stronie Śląskie Commune (Śnieżnik Kłodzki Nature Reserve And Natura 2000 Area Góry Bialskie And Śnieżnik Group Plh20016) - In Plot No. 218/224, Stronie Lasy District.2. The Order Includes In Particular: 1) A Meeting With The Ordering Partys Representative At The Place Of Work In Order To Indicate The Area Where The Works Will Be Performed, 2) The Appointment Of A Supervision Inspector To Control The Quality And Timeliness Of The Works In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements And Applicable Regulations, 3) Preparation Of Executive Designs For Frames For Information Boards And Safety Barriers And Obtaining The Approval Of These Designs By The Supervision Inspector, 4) Forwarding The Designs Approved By The Supervision Inspector To The Ordering Party In Order To Obtain The Acceptance Of The Ordering Party And Managers Area, 5) Preparation Of Designs Of Information Boards Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party, 6) Production, Delivery And Assembly In The Field Of Frames With Information Boards And Protective Barriers, 7) Keeping The Necessary Documentation, 8) Preparing And Delivering To The Ordering Party A Report On The Implementation Of The Works, Including In Particular: Description Of The Works Performed, Photographic Documentation Of The Works Carried Out, Copies Of Correspondence Generated During The Execution Of The Order (E.G. With Offices) And Necessary Documentation, 9) Preparation Of A Work Acceptance Report In Which The Supervisory Inspector Participates.
