1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Hotel And Catering Services In Accordance With: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Contract. 2. Subject Of The Agreement Referred To In Section 1, Includes The Provision Of The Following Services By The Contractor To The Ordering Party At The Facility, From October 12, 2026 From 11:00 Until October 14, 2026 11:00:1) Hotel Services (Accommodation) For 190 People, Including 2 (Two) Hotel Days In The Structure: A) 1 (One) Apartment, B) 72 (Seventy-Two) Double Rooms, C) 45 (Forty-Five) Single Rooms;2) Catering Services (Meals) For 190 People, Including: A) On The First Day: Buffet Lunch And Official Dinner Dinner Served In A Separate Room, B) On The Second Day: Buffet Breakfast, Buffet Lunch And Buffet Or Barbecue Dinner In A Separate Room, C) On The Third Day: Buffet Breakfast;3) Providing Conference Rooms With Technical Equipment And Service (Subject To The Option), Including: A) On The First Day At 12:00–18:00: Three Rooms (For 190, 60 And 30 People Respectively) And From 18:00–22:00 Room For 15–20 People, B) On The Second Day From 9:00–18:00: Three Rooms (For 190, 60 And 30 People Respectively), C) On The Third Day From 9:30–11:00: Three Rooms (For 100, 60 And 30 People, Respectively),4) As Part Of The Equipment And Technical Service Of Each Room: A) Functional Audiovisual Equipment In Each Room (Multimedia Projector With Brightness Adapted To The Size Of The Room, Projection Screen, Stationary Sound System, Wireless Microphones - At Least 2 Pcs. Per Room); B) Stable, Wireless Internet Access (Wi-Fi) With Bandwidth Enabling Free Use Network By All Participants At The Same Time;C) Necessary Conference Accessories (Flipchart With A Pad Of Paper And A Set Of Markers);D) Permanent Technical Support (Maintenance/Technician) Available At The Facility During The Hours Of The Conference Panels;5) Provision Of Parking Spaces In The Hotel Parking Lot For Event Participants: Guaranteed Free Parking For The Number Of Passenger Cars Indicated In The Offer Form During The Implementation Of The Agreement (Min. 15).
