Tenders Are Invited For Providing Comprehensive Hotel Services During The Educational Session Of The Polish National Youth Choir On July 31 - August 10, 2026 In Lublin.
The Subject Of The Order Is Hotel Services With Meals And The Provision Of Conference Space For Participants Of The Educational Session Of The Polish National Youth Choir Operating As Part Of The Choral Academy Project, From July 31 To August 10, 2026 In Lublin. The Service Will Be Provided In Connection With An Artistic And Educational Project For Choristers Aged 18-26 Conducted By The Ordering Party. The Project Includes Classes In The Form Of Sectional, Quartet And Tutti Rehearsals (Of The Entire Ensemble), As Well As Individual Singing Lessons, Lectures And Workshops Conducted By Specialists In Given Fields. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Smooth Course Of The Educational Session, In Particular To Enable The Planned Implementation Of Rehearsals, Lessons And Lectures By Providing The Service In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Terms Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.
