Tenders Are Invited For Providing Catering Services For The Office Of The President Of The Military Property Agency For A Period Of 24 Months

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services For The Office Of The President Of The Military Property Agency For A Period Of 24 Months For The Needs Of Meetings Organized By The Ordering Partys Organizational Units, Such As (Meetings, Conferences, Training, Christmas Eve And Easter Meetings).2. Option: 1) Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Referred To In § 5 Of Annex 4 - Draft Provisions Of The Contract, And The Contractor Consents To The Above.2) The Option Right May Be Exercised After The Funds Allocated For The Implementation Of The Basic Order Have Been Exhausted, In Accordance With § 6 Section 1 Of Annex No. 4 - Designed Provisions Of The Contract, But No Later Than Until The Expiry Of The Contract Period.3) As Part Of The Subject Order, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right To: Increase The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract, Without Changing The Nature Of The Contract. The Option Includes The Same Dishes And The Same Prices As In The Basic Order.4) The Execution Of The Order Under The Option Law Will Take Place On The Same Principles As The Execution Of The Basic Order, In Particular With Regard To The Deadlines For Submitting The Demand For Catering.5) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Price Of The Service Will Be Consistent With The Contractors Offer, A Copy Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Contract.
