Tenders Are Invited For Preparing Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment For The Areas Of The Lipno Commune, In Accordance With The Spatial Planning And Development Act Of March 27, 2003 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538). In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Following Is Required: A) Consultations And Analyzes Referred To In § 3.1 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On The Method Of Determining The Requirements For New Buildings And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116). B) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Decisions On Determining The Development Conditions Within 2 Weeks From The Date Of Delivery By The Ordering Party Of Complete Applications With Attachments. C) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Establishing The Development Conditions For The Development Referred To In Art. 29 Section 1 Point 1A Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524) Within 7 Days From The Date Of Delivery By The Ordering Party Of Complete Applications With Attachments. D) If Any Defects Are Found In The Applications, A Request To Complete Them Within 7 Days From The Date Of Their Delivery By The Ordering Party. E) Introducing Comments And Findings Resulting From The Arrangements Made Into The Draft Decisions And Correcting Them Prepared Draft Decisions, In The Event Of Refusal To Agree On The Draft Decision Due To Inappropriate Provisions Contained Therein, Without Additional Remuneration. F) Preparation Of A List Of Authorities With Which The Draft Decision Should Be Agreed In Accordance With Art. 53 Section 4 Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538).G) Providing An Appropriate Number Of Annexes To Draft Decisions, Maintaining An Appropriate Scale, In The Amount Necessary To Agree And Issue A Decision.H) Annexes To Draft Decisions Should Be Provided In A Format No Larger Than A3.I) Delivery Of A Set Of Documents To The Ordering Partys Registered Office, Including Transfer Protocol.J) Delivery Of Documents In Paper And Electronic Versions To The Indicated E-Mail Address.2. Estimated Number Of Draft Decisions On Development And Land Development Conditions: Approx. 400 Pieces. 3. Estimated Number Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments: Approx. 30 Pieces.4. Moreover, As Part Of The Services Provided, The Contractors Chief Designer Will Be Obliged To Personally Participate In Consultations And Meetings At The Headquarters Of The Lipno Commune Office In Connection With Administrative Proceedings - Twice A Week (Monday And Friday) - For A Minimum Of 3 Hours. 5.
