Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Cleaning And Maintenance Of The Building Of The Gubin Commune Office At Ul. Obrońców Pokoju 20, 66-620 Gubin.

The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Including Comprehensive Cleaning And Maintenance Of Cleanliness In The Building Of The Gubin Commune Office, Described In Detail In Annex 8 To Swz.1. The Total Area On Which The Task Will Be Carried Out Is 1,073 M2, With: 2. The Building Consists Of Three Floors: 1) Office Rooms - 626.95 M2; 2) Utility Room, Kitchenettes - 55.29 M2; 3) Corridors And Staircases - 311.36 M2; 4) Sanitary Rooms - 45.56 M2; 5) Meeting Room - 33.30 M2. 3. Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Appropriate Number Of Employees To Guarantee The Reliability Of The Cleaning Service And Respect For The Ordering Partys Property.4. Due To The Fact That The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Consist In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 The Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277), Which Has The Characteristics Of An Employment Relationship, Requires The Contractor To Employ Employees Performing Activities For The Ordering Party Under An Employment Contract. 5. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Hygienic, Sanitary And Utility Room In The Building Of The Gubin Commune Office Free Of Charge For The Duration Of The Contract.6. For The Purposes Of Performing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor May Use The Ordering Partys Water And Electricity Free Of Charge.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Services Using Manual And Mechanical Equipment Appropriate To The Type Of Surfaces To Be Cleaned, At The Disposal Of The Contractor And The Persons For Whose Activities He Is Responsible.8. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Provide The Contractor With The Keys To The Cleaned Rooms And To Provide An Appropriate Room For Storing Equipment And Chemicals.9. The Contractor Is Responsible For Compliance With Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations In Force In The Building Of The Gubin Commune Office When Performing Cleaning Services.10. The Contractor Ensures: 1) Health And Safety Protection Of The Place Where Cleaning Services Are Performed; 2) Health And Safety Protection For Employees Performing Cleaning Services, Including Protective Clothing And Personal Protective Equipment; 3) Equipment Necessary To Perform The Service.
