Cicha In Oświęcim, Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Expansion Of Bicycle Routes In The Oświęcim Agglomeration, Also Called The Investment Task Or Investment In The Procurement Documents.2) The Order Received Funding And Will Be Implemented Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Priority 7: European Funds For Local Communities, Measure 7.1: Iit - Support For Grassroots Initiatives In Urban Areas, Project Type D. Tourist Routes, Fund: European Regional Development Fund.3) The Subject Of The Order To Be Performed By The Contractor Selected In This Procedure Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task, I.E.: Reconstruction Of The Existing Pedestrian And Bicycle Footbridge Connecting Ul. Cicha From Ul. Boulevards Located On The Soła River In Oświęcim, In Accordance With The Requirements And Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party, Through The Implementation Of Construction Works, Along With The Delivery Of The Necessary Materials And Equipment And The Implementation Of All Accompanying Activities As Part Of The Investment. 4) A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Terms Of Order Execution, Acceptance And Settlement, Warranty And Warranty Conditions Have Been Specified In The Documents Of The Subject Contract Attached To The Swz: A) Designs, B) Arrangements, C) Bills Of Quantities, D) Template Of The Contract Regarding This Public Procurement, E) Template Of The Guarantee Document. 5) The Objective And Quantitative Scopes Of Works Indicated In The Swz And Its Annexes (In The Bill Of Quantities) Are Estimated Values And May Be Changed. The Indicated Quantities Do Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Order Services In The Quantities Specified In These Documents.
