4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work On The Investment Task Titled: Modernization (Reconstruction) Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In Szczuczki. It Will Consist In The Reconstruction And Modernization Of Municipal Road No. 106904L Located In The Town Of Szczuczki On Plot No. 15 - Geodetic District 0016 Szczuczki And On Plot No. 507 - Geodetic District 0003 Góra, Registration Unit 060913_2 Wojciechów, Wojciechów Commune. It Includes The Construction Of A Bituminous Road On A Road Section 500 M Long And 3.50 M Wide, Along With The Construction Of Two Passing Areas On Both Sides, Adapted To The Safe Passing Of Agricultural Vehicles. The Road Will Be Constructed With A Roof Slope Of 2%. The Entire Section Is Planned To Be Made Of 0.75 M Wide Crushed Aggregate On Both Sides. The Surface Structure Includes The Construction Of A Base Base Made Of A Mixture Unbound With C/90/3 Aggregate And Two Layers Of Asphalt Concrete (Binding And Wearing Layer) Each 4 Cm Thick. A Detailed Description Of The Design Solutions And Scope Is Included In The Design Documentation Indicated In Point. 4.3. Swz. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor: 1) Will Perform Construction Works In The Scope Of Modernization (Reconstruction) Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In Szczuczki In Accordance With The Construction Design, 2) Will Provide Materials And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Works, 3) Will Participate In The Acceptance Activities Of The Investment, 4) Will Prepare The Facility For Operation - Cleaning Works, 5) Will Provide Surveying Services For The Investment, Including An As-Built Surveying Inventory, 6) Will Prepare And Approve The Project Temporary Traffic Organization, 7) Prepare The Required Acceptance Documents, 8) Obtain An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party (If Required By Law).
