1. Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Titled Expansion Of Rybicki Street On The Section From Al. Rataja To Miła Street. The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz, Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The List Of Prices Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Expansion Of Ul. Rybickiego In Skierniewice;• Carrying Out Demolitions;• Carrying Out Earthworks;• Constructing New Surfaces: Roadways, Exits, Sidewalks, Strips, Roadsides, Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths;• Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles;• Construction And Reconstruction Of A Street Lighting Network;• Construction And Reconstruction Of A Water And Sewage Network;• Construction And Reconstruction Of Telecommunications Networks;• Construction And Reconstruction Of Power Networks;• Execution Of Shaping Works Green Areas;• Traffic Organization: Vertical And Horizontal Markings And Road Safety Devices;• Other Accompanying Works. The Detailed Scope Of Works For This Task Is Determined By The Bill Of Quantities, Price List And Design Documentation. When Pricing And Performing The Works, The Provisions Contained In Annex No. 7 And Annex No. 8 Should Be Taken Into Account In The Part Entitled Comments On The Valuation Of Works - The Comments Refer To The Bill Of Quantities, List Of Prices, Description Of The Subject Of The Order. When Pricing And Performing Works, Decisions, Conditions, Arrangements And Opinions Regarding The Developed Design Documentation Should Also Be Taken Into Account. Fulfillment Of The Conditions Contained In The Above-Mentioned Documents And The Costs Associated With Them Should Be Included In The Offer Price. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Or Submitting An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of The Works And The Intention To Use It (If Required In Accordance With Applicable Law). Wherever The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Use Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Documentation, Provided That They Have At Least The Same Or Better Technical And Functional Parameters And Do Not Lower The Standards Specified In The Documentation.2.
