1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Building Of A Village Community Center With A Single Garage On Plot No. 313/2 In The Town Of Krobielice (Klimontów Commune).2 The Construction Project Is Planned To Be Implemented With Co-Financing From The National Center For Agricultural Support As Part Of Non-Repayable Financial Assistance For The Implementation Of Construction Projects For The Purposes Specified In Art. 24 Section 12 Points 1 And Point 3-5 Of The Act Of October 19, 1991 On The Management Of Agricultural Real Estate Of The State Treasury (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 826), Hereinafter Referred To As Ugnrsp), Introduced By Order No. 58/2025/Z Of The Director General Of The Kowr Of October 14, 2025.3 The Project Includes The Expansion Of The Village Community Center Building In The Town Krobielice (Plot No. 313/2, Klimontów Commune) By Adding A Single-Car Garage To Develop Social Infrastructure And Public Safety In Rural Areas And Creating Appropriate Conditions For The Activities Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Krobielice, Which Plays A Key Role In Ensuring The Safety Of Residents. The Facility Will Be Built Using Traditional Brick Technology, Including The Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Ceiling And Finishing Works. The Garage Will Be Used To Store A Fire Fighting Vehicle And Rescue Equipment, Which Will Increase The Operational Readiness Of The Unit.4 The Scope Of Work Includes: Site Preparation Works And Earthworks, Reinforced Concrete Foundations, Block Foundations, Foundation Insulation, Floors On The Ground, Masonry Works, Reinforced Concrete Structures, Roof Construction With Covering, Installing Windows, Window Sills, Installing Doors, Facade Works, Laying And Lining Floors, Insulation Walls Inside The Garage, Plastering, Painting Works, Tb Board, Power Supply, Basic Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Installation Of Plug Sockets, Electric Heaters, Landscaping Works. 5 The Construction Project Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Approved Plot Development Project And The Architectural And Construction Design And The Granted Building Permit: Decision No. 147/2024 Of June 19, 2024, Reference Number: Ab.6740.153.2024.6 The Contractor Will Obtain And Submit To The Ordering Party A Permit For The Use Of The Facility.7 The Conclusion Of A Public Procurement Contract Depends On The Awarding Of The Facility To The Ordering Party. Co-Financing For The Implementation Of The Task From Kowr Funds. If Funding Is Not Obtained, The Ordering Party Will Invalidate The Procedure Pursuant To Art. 255 Point 6 Of The Public Procurement Law And Will Not Execute The Order. 8 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.
