1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of Approximately 350 M Of The Road Between Ul. Zakrzewska And Ul. Stefanowska In Golina With Access To The School Premises. The Approximate Route Of The Road Is Presented In The Graphic Attachment. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Also Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right In Terms Of Authors Supervision Over The Developed Documentation. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Carrying Out A Site Visit, 2) Developing And Agreeing On The Final Design Concept With The Ordering Party (Based On The Illustrative Road Course Attached To The Tender Procedure), 3) Preparing Design Documentation Based On The Agreed Concept, In In Particular A Construction Project Consisting Of: A) Land Development Design, B) Architectural And Construction Design, C) Technical Design, In Particular In The Road, Sanitary And Electrical Sectors (If Applicable), Along With Obtaining Legally Required Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions And Documents Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Agreement, 4) Obtaining For The Ordering Party All Necessary Opinions, Permits, Arrangements, Certificates And Decisions Allowing The Ordering Party To Carry Out Construction Works. It Should Also Be Understood, In Particular, As Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment On The Basis Of The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads, (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311), The So-Called Zrid, 5) Preparation Of An Executive Design (If The Detail Of The Technical Design Is Insufficient). The Ordering Party Accepts The Preparation Of A Technical Design With Extended Detail Enabling Efficient Implementation Of The Road Expansion, 6) Preparation Of A Bill Of Quantities For Each Industry Separately, 7) Preparation Of An Investor And Offer Cost Estimate (Zero - Blind) For Each Industry Separately, 8) Preparation Of A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), 9) Execution Of The Scope Not Listed Above And Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement And Resulting From The Applicable Regulations Regarding Enabling The Award Of Public Procurement In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law And Thus The Conduct Of Construction Works By The Ordering Party, 10) If, In Order To Develop The Design Documentation, It Is Necessary To Perform Additional Studies, Calculations Or Make Additional Arrangements Not Listed In The Specification Of Terms Of The Contract And Its Annexes, The Contractor Will Perform Them Under This Agreement And The Remuneration Specified Therein, 11) Transfer Of Proprietary Rights To The Documentation, Including All Produced
