The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Hotel And Restaurant Services And The Rental Of Training And Teaching Rooms And A Swimming Pool, As Well As The Organization Of Integration Evenings For The Purpose Of Organizing A Therapeutic Stay For Families From Małopolska, Carried Out By The Regional Center For Social Policy In Krakow.1. Part I Of The Order Includes The Organization Of A 4-Day Therapeutic, Support And Training Session For Foster Families From Małopolska As Part Of The Family First Project Co-Financed By The European Union Under The Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program. 2. Scope Of The Service: · Providing 4 Training And Teaching Rooms With Equipment. · Providing 2 Rooms/Rooms For Individual Consultations. · Providing Access To An Internal Recreational Swimming Pool With Lifeguard Service. · Providing A Room For Approx. 70 People For The Organization Of Integration Activities. · Provision Of 3 Overnight Stays With Breakfast For Each Participant. · Provision Of Meals - 4 Lunches And 3 Dinners (Including 1X In The Form Of A Bonfire/Barbecue). · Provision Of 6 Coffee Breaks For Adults And 3 Second Breakfasts And 3 Afternoon Teas For Children. · Organization Of 1 Integration Evening With The Provision Of Host And Technical Services (Integration With Music/Disco).3. The Participants Of The Therapeutic, Support And Training Period Are Foster Parents And The Children Under Their Care (Including Their Own Children), As Well As The Staff Providing Training Services As Part Of The Period.4. The Total Number Of Participants In The Therapeutic Session Is A Maximum Of 67 People, Including Approximately 27 Adults And Approximately 40 Children/Wards. 5. The Facility In Which The Service Will Be Provided Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) A Facility Located In A Town Located No Further Than 70 Km From The Main Market Square In Krakow (Counting In A Straight Line Using The Google Map Functionality) - Excluding The Municipality Of Krakow, Located In A Town With Tourist Infrastructure, Located No Closer Than 500 M In A Straight Line From A Highway, Ring Road, Expressway Or Railway Tracks, But Enabling The Use Of Public Transport (E.G.
