Package 1 - Bedside Cabinet, 52 Pcs.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of 52 Bedside Cabinets.2. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers.3. Appendix No. 3 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form Constitutes The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. All Requirements Specified In The Above-Mentioned Annex No. 3 To The Swz Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.4 Act. Whenever In The Swz, Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.8. The Term Equivalent Offer Is Understood By The Ordering Party As The Subject Of The Order At Least Equal In Terms Of The Described Norms, Standards, Parameters, Technical And Quality Features. The Described Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute The Minimum Quality Required By The Ordering Party. A Contractor Who Submits An Equivalent Offer Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party About This Fact And Demonstrate That The Subject Of The Contract Offered By Him Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party By Providing Information On The Fulfillment Of The Features Indicated By The Ordering Party As Equivalent.9. The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Solutions In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Assumptions Specified In This Tor.10. The Ordering Party Also Allows Equivalent Certificates From An Independent Entity Certifying The Contractors Compliance With Specific Quality Management Standards, Also Issued By A Certification Body Accredited In Another Member State Of The European Economic Area.11. By Equivalent Certificates, The Ordering Party Understands Certificates That Are Analogous In Scope To The Exemplary Certificates Indicated By Name In This Tor (In Terms Of The Substantive Field And The Level Of Competence Or Analogous Level Of Professional Experience Required To Obtain A Given
