Preparation Of Design Documentation Enabling The Implementation Of Modernization Activities Recommended In The Audit, Including: O Design And Cost Estimate Documentation (Construction/Technical Designs Depending On The Scope), O Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates, O Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior), O Lists Of Materials And Devices, O Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions (If Applicable), O And Energy Performance Calculations After The Planned Modernization - Enabling Obtaining A Performance Certificate Energy In Accordance With The New Condition Of The Building.
