Tenders Are Invited For Waste Collection, Transport And Management Services With Code 20 02 01 - Biodegradable Waste

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Waste Collection, Transport And Management Services With Code 20 02 01 - Biodegradable Waste At Master-Odpady I Energia Sp. Z O.O. Originating From Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points And From Single-Family And Multi-Family Buildings, As Well As From Entities With Signed Commercial Contracts. 2. The Method Of Waste Management With Code 20 02 01 Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions And Recovery Or Disposal Processes, Including In Particular The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 Or 2 To The Act Of December 14 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) (Hereinafter: The Waste Act). 3. The Estimated Amount Of Waste To Be Managed Will Not Exceed 1,000 Mg, But Will Not Be Lower Than 700 Mg During The Duration Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Proceedings. The Actual Amount Of Waste Transferred For Management Will Be Determined According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Cannot Make Any Claims For A Reduction In The Amount Of Waste Collected. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Given Quantity Is An Estimated Value, Illustrating The Possible Size Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Contract Will Be Concluded For The Period Until December 31, 2026 Or Until Waste With Code 20 02 01.5 Is Exhausted. The Ordering Party Will Load Waste Into Containers Previously Provided By The Contractor Or Onto Semi-Trailers Such As Bathtubs Or Moving Floors. Legal Regulations For The Transport Of Waste And Have Permanent Protection To Prevent Waste From Blowing Away Or Spilling Out During Transport. 7. Collection Of Waste With The Code 20 02 01 Will Take Place From Monday To Friday From 6.00 A.M. To 9.00 P.M., In Quantities Previously Agreed (Via E-Mail) By The Ordering Party With The Contractors Representative, The Contractors Transport And At His Expense. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Transport Waste On Time To The Location Target Development No Longer Than Within 72 Hours From The Moment Of Notification Of Acceptance By The Ordering Party. Loading Of Waste Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. 9. The Waste Will Be Weighed On The Ordering Partys Scales, Located At The Ordering Partys Plant, And Will Be Confirmed By A Confirmation Of Issuing A Waste Transfer Card (Kpo) Generated In The Bdo Register. This Document Will Constitute The Sole Basis For Determining The Quantities Received With Code 20 02 01 And Issuing A Vat Invoice. Each Transport Of Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Recorded In The Weighing System And The Bdo Register. After Completing Each Transport, The Contractor Will Confirm The Quantities Of Waste Collected For Management With Code 20 02 01 On The Kpo Issued By The Ordering Party In The Bdo System.10.
