Tenders are invited for Supply and Distribution of Emergency Kits VI. SUBMISSION OF SAMPLES: Lot 1: Hygiene kits: Provide a complete sample containing all the items mentioned in the BoQ for evaluation. Lot 2: Water tanks: The sample is only for the awarded bidder, and acceptance of the sample is mandatory to sign the contract and the technical evaluation based on the submitted brands/specifications. The duration of preparing the sample is 10 days. Lot 3: Water trucking: No sample, the evaluation depending on the submitted technical BOQ Lot 4: Core Items: The sample is only for the awarded bidder, and acceptance of the sample is mandatory to sign the contract, the technical evaluation based on the submitted brands/ specification. The duration of preparing the sample is 10 days. Lot 5: Winterization kits: The sample is only for the awarded bidder, and acceptance of the sample is mandatory to sign the contract, the technical evaluation based on the submitted brands/ specification. The duration of preparing the sample is 10 days. Lot 6: Heater: The sample is only for the awarded bidder, and acceptance of the sample is mandatory to sign the contract, the technical evaluation based on the submitted brands/ specification. The duration of preparing the sample is 10 days. Lot 7: On the move kits: Provide a complete sample containing all the items mentioned in the BoQ for evaluation. Lot 8: Dignity kits: Provide a complete sample containing all the items mentioned in the BoQ for evaluation. DRC may terminate the agreement or impose other penalties if the supplier fails to deliver. DRC may choose to split the awarding. No advance payment will be paid to the awarded contractor. The awarded contractor is expected to mobilize their own resources to deliver the agreed materials. Distribution is for each family through multiple designated points. Price includes loading and off-loading at the delivery location (DDP 2020). Suppliers are required to secure a movement exemption from local authorities and notify DRC upon obtaining it. The kit is handed over to the beneficiary by DRC or DRC/ HAC field staff. The supplier needs to grant access to DRC staff for quality/quantity control before the distribution. All items must meet Syrian Quality Standards. The supplier is responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of all kits in the truck, preventing any damage caused by storage conditions. It is recommended to use stabilization measures or pallets between kits to maintain their integrity The following logos to be printed on each kit, as per instructions included in the technical Annexes. S1: DRC business card attached/ S2: Poster- attached/ S3: Poster- attached/ S5: ECHO logo-attached /S6 DRC Logo. Any bidder failing in the implementation may not be considered for future contracts DRC reserves the right to order part of the kit contents (based on the needs) The following emergency kits are hygiene kits, water tanks, water tracking, ore items, winterization kits, heaters, on the move kits, ignity Kts) and to the following governorates (Aleppo, Daraa, Deir Ezzour, Hama, Homs, Hasaka, Idleb, Lattakia, Damascus & Rural Damascus, Raqqa, Tartous, Siwedah, Qunaitra) The validity of the offers should be at least 90 days minimum from the date of receiving the offers Tender Link : https://drc.ngo/resources/tenders/
