Request for proposals for Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) for the Red Crescent Society Hospital Jerusalem The United States Government-funded MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership (MCGL) project in East Jerusalem provides a range of technical support to six non-profit, charitable hospitals in the East Jerusalem Hospital Network (EJHN). The MCGL EJHN project is a 3-year project that runs through September 2026. The project has two primary goals: To Improve quality of care at EJHN Hospitals. To promote financial sustainability of EJHN hospitals via increased revenues and operational efficiencies. As part of its strategy to enhance life-saving services, the MCGL EJHN project focuses on strengthening all health services across the network. This includes building the capacity of healthcare providers, improving institutional readiness, and ensuring the implementation of standardized clinical and operational protocols to respond effectively to emergencies and critical care situations. This activity aims to supply, implement, and operationalize a comprehensive Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) in the Red Crescent Society Hospital in East Jerusalem by modernizing the hospitals digital infrastructure, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with both local and regional healthcare regulations.
