The Client Needs To Enter Into A Framework Agreement On A Turnkey Contract For Asphalt And Asphalt Services. The Framework Agreement Shall Include A Wide Range Of Products And Services Related To Asphalting. The Framework Agreement Includes, But Is Not Limited To: - New Asphalting - Repair Asphalting - Patching - Asphalt Products - Asphalt Bonding - Asphalt Milling - Speed Bumps - Hand Laying - Machine Laying - Traffic Routing When Calling Off The Agreement, The Contractor Must, As A General Rule, Be Responsible For, And To A Large Extent Contribute To, Finding Good Solutions For The Assignments That Are To Be Carried Out. This Should Not, However, Prevent A Call-Off On The Agreement Where The Client Himself Bears The Risk Of Engineering, And The Clients Designer Himself Has The Responsibility.
