The Purpose Of This Tender Procedure Is To Conclude An Agreement With One Party Regarding The Issue Of Building Land. The Building Land Is Intended For The Development Of 91 Affordable Rental Homes (So-Called Mid-Rental Properties) And 94 Private Sector Homes, 38 Of Which Are To Be Marketed As Affordable Purchase.
