The Central Government Real Estate Agency (Rvb) Is The Governments Real Estate Manager And Is Responsible, Among Other Things, For The Maintenance Of Defense Real Estate. There Is A Need For A National Call-Off Option For Work In The Context Of Programmed (Major) Maintenance Projects On Asphalt And Element Pavements. The Tender Concerns The Whole Of The Netherlands, Divided Into 3 Lots: - West Netherlands; -North-East Netherlands; -South Netherlands. The Central Government Real Estate Agency Expects To Publish This Tender In January 2026. This Mainly Concerns The Following Maintenance Work: 1. Carrying Out Maintenance Work On Asphalt Pavements; 2. Carrying Out Maintenance Work On Element Pavements; 3. Carrying Out Maintenance Work On Edging And Gutters; 4. Carrying Out Maintenance Work On (Main) Sewerage And Drainage Elements; 5. Carrying Out Maintenance Work On Industrial Floor Slabs; 6. Carrying Out Maintenance Work On Markings; 7. Carrying Out Conditioning Research Into Foundations, Asphalt, Soil And Explosive Remnants Of War; 8. Additional Work.
