The Contracting Authority Is Currently Looking For A (Consortium Of) Consultant(S), On The Legal, Financial And Technical Levels As Well As In Terms Of Project Management (+ Drafting), Who Can Support It In The Award Of The Subsequent Contract And Who Can Also, After The Appointment Of The Successors Of Satellic Nv, Continue To Provide Assistance In The Form Of Services In Terms Of (Among Others) Advice In The Areas Of Tolling, Taxation, Road Taxation, Legal Public, European Regulations, Possible Complaints From Users Against The Mileage Charge, The Development Of New Legislation And Support In The Advisory Role Of Viapass To The Authorities Concerned. It Is Emphasized That The Successful Bidder (All Members Of The Consortium) Must Be Perfectly Bilingual (French And Dutch, Both Actively And Passively). All Documents That The Contractor Must Provide Within The Framework Of The Framework Agreement Must Be Presented By Him In Both Dutch And French.
