Esb Intends To Establish A Contract For The Provision Of International Payroll, Tax And Immigration Services. The Services Will Include, But Will Not Be Limited To: International Payroll And Personal Income Tax Compliance For Expatriate Employees And Locally Hired Staff In Overseas Jurisdictions; Foreign And Shadow Payroll Services; Tax Advisory Services Relating To Internationally Mobile Employees; Global Mobility Tracking And Reporting; And Immigration, Visa And Work Permit Advisory Services. The Contracting Entity Currently Operates In A Number Of Jurisdictions, Including Ireland, The United Kingdom, Belgium And Bahrain. The Procurement Process Will Be Conducted In Two Stages, Comprising A Pre‑Qualification Questionnaire (Pqq) Followed By A Competitive Tender Stage.
