The Procurer Notes That The Expected Cost Of The Public Procurement Is Defined As An Estimate, As The Actual Volume Of Consumption And Fuel Prices In The Future Are Not Known To The Procurer Today (Which Affects The Expected Cost Even More). In The Framework Agreement, The Expected Volume With Regard To Fuels Is Agreed Upon With The Expected Maximum Volume.
