Upon Execution Of The Order, The Following Should Be Carried Out: Delivery Through Purchase And Warranty/Service Of Motor Vehicles For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Varna By Specific Positions, As Follows: - Under Separate Item No. 1 - Delivery Through Purchase And Warranty/Service Of 1 Factory New Motor Vehicle (Minibus) 8+1 Seats For The Transportation Of Passengers For The Needs Of Voluntary Training - Varna To The Municipality Of Varna, Meeting All The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). - Under Separate Item No. 2 - Delivery Through Purchase And Warranty/Service Of 1 Factory New Off-Road Motor Vehicle (Pickup) 4+1 Seats For The Transport Of Passengers And Cargo For The Needs Of The Department Activities For The Protection Of The Population, Directorate Management Of Security And Control Of Public Order To The Municipality Of Varna, Meeting All The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 2). For All Individual Items: For The Entire Warranty Period, The Employer Is Obliged To Ensure, At His Own Expense, That According To The Manufacturers Requirements, The Activities Specified In The Technical Specification Applicable To The Respective Individual Item Are Carried Out, At The Distance Traveled Or At The Time Interval (Depending On Which Is Reached First).
