Selection Of A Contractor For The Provision Of Services For Preliminary Treatment Of Mixed Household Waste For The Municipality Of Primorsko. The Activities Include Preliminary Treatment Of Approximately 6,500 Tons Per Year Of Mixed Household Waste Generated On The Territory Of Primorsko Municipality, With Code 20 03 01 According To Ordinance No. 2 Of July 23, 2014 On Waste Classification. The Activities Will Be Carried Out On A Site And With An Installation Owned/Rented Or Used On Another Legal Basis By The Selected Contractor. The Site And Installation Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification. * Pre-Treatment By Definition Are All Physical, Thermal, Chemical Or Biological Processes, Including Sorting, Which Change The Characteristics Of The Waste In Order To Reduce Its Volume Or Its Hazardous Properties, To Facilitate Its Further Treatment Or To Increase Its Reusability, According To § 1, Item 25 Of The Dr Of Ordinance No. 6 Of 27.08.2013 On The Conditions And Requirements For Construction And Operation Of Landfills And Other Facilities And Installations For The Recovery And Disposal Of Waste (Promulgated Sg No. 80 Of 13.09.2013). The Contractor Should Provide At His Own Expense All Costs For Securing The Activity, Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Current Legislation Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, Including The Law On Waste Management And The By-Laws, The Technical Specification, The Draft Contract And The Present Documentation.
