Within The Framework Of The Public Procurement, Ongoing Repair, Beautification And Rehabilitation Of Inner-Quarter Spaces On The Territory Of The Yambol Municipality Will Be Commissioned. The Term For The Implementation Of The Framework Agreement Is 36 /Thirty-Six/ Months From The Date Of Signing The Agreement With Up To 7 (Seven) Potential Contractors. At The Time Of Opening The Procedure, The Contracting Authority Does Not Have All The Financial Resources At Its Disposal. The Same Will Be Provided Periodically Within The Budget Of The Municipality Of Yambol According To The Needs For The Relevant Activity. The Contracting Authority Determines A Marginal Value Of Unit Prices Of Main Types Of Works/Activities That He Has Determined To Be Key.
