The Subject Of The Order Includes Services In The Field Of: 1) Transfer Of Pim To The Ict Infrastructure Of The Contractor Or Indicated By The Ordering Party, Hereinafter Referred To As Transfer Services; 2) Providing The Hardware And Software Infrastructure Necessary For The Operation Of Pim And Ensuring The Continuity Of The Production Operation Of This System, Hereinafter Referred To As Maintenance Services; 3) Technical Support For Pim And Making Changes To The Pim Software, Hereinafter Referred To As Support Services; 4) Implementation Of The Change Identified By The Ordering Party In The Pim Software, Hereinafter Referred To As The Defined Change Service.
