The Contract Includes Operation (Supervision And Care) And Remedial Maintenance Of Buildings, Installations And Outdoor Environment As Well As Associated Technical Management Administration. The Property Portfolio Consists Of Several Types Of Buildings Such As Offices, Staff Premises, Workshop Premises, Locomotive Sheds, Shunting Towers And Storage Facilities. In Addition To Requirements For The Delivery Of Services For Operation And Management, The Agreement Also Sets High Requirements For Work Environment Safety (To A Certain Extent With Regard To Work Close To The Tracks), Environmental Requirements For Vehicles/Service Vehicles, Communication/Documentation And Reporting, Error Reporting And Preparedness With High Requirements For Response Times For, For Example, Emergency Operations.
