This Contract Concerns The Maintenance Of Fire Equipment In The Buildings Of The Command Group Composed Of The City Of Bezons (95870) And Its Municipal Social Action Center (C.C.A.S). The Contract Is A Composite Single-Awarder Framework Agreement, Comprising A Lump Sum Part And A Purchase Order Part, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Fixed Part Concerns Preventive Maintenance Services. The Purchase Order Portion Concerns Costs Related To Curative Maintenance (Travel Costs, Labor Costs, Supplies) And Any Intervention Ordered Via Purchase Orders. The Minimum Amount And The Maximum Amount Of The Purchase Order Portion Are As Follows: - Without Minimum Amount Per Period; - Maximum Amount Per Period: 60,000 Euros Excluding Tax. The Contracting Authority Will Issue, Depending On Its Needs, One Or More Purchase Orders, During The Execution Of The Public Contract, In Compliance With The Maximum Amount Set For It.
