The Luxembourg State Has Made Available A 1.6 Hectare Plot Of Land In Kirchberg For The Construction Of The New Administrative Headquarters Of The European Stability Mechanism (Esm). In Addition To The Esm Building, Two Administrative Buildings For State Needs Will Be Built On The Plot. The Main Entrance To The Esm Building Faces The Towers Of The Court Of Justice Of The Eu. The Ground Floor Accommodates Common Services Around A Central Atrium, While The First Floor Is Dedicated To Conference And Representation Spaces. The Upper Floors House Bright Offices Organized Into Two Wings And The Top Level Includes A Cafeteria, Multifunctional Spaces And A Terrace.
