Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Preparation Of Construction Expertise Of Selected Facilities In The Dąbrowa Górnicza Commune As Part Of Task 2.3.3.3 Operation And Maintenance Of The Civil Protection System And Implementation Of Other Tasks. I. Scope Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of An Architectural And Construction Inventory And Expert Opinions On The Technical Condition (In Graphic And Descriptive Form) Of Ten Facilities Located In The Dąbrowa Górnicza Commune, Together With An Assessment Of The Necessary Work Related To Adapting The Rooms To The Currently Applicable Requirements For Collective Protection Facilities (Shelter, Hiding Place Or Mds). 2. The Purpose Of The Expert Opinion Is To Clearly Determine Whether The Underground Floors Of Individual Buildings Can Serve As: A) A Place Of Temporary Shelter (Mds) - Variant A B) Hiding Place - Variant B C) Shelter - Variant C Within The Meaning Of The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Civil Protection And Civil Defense And The Relevant Implementing Acts Of 2025 (In Particular In Accordance With The Regulations Indicated In Paragraph 2, Paragraph 6 Of The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Tender Specifications. 3. The Expert Opinion Must Indicate A Full Catalog Of Activities And Works Necessary To Adapt The Assessed Rooms To The Above-Mentioned Functions, Divided Into Industries (Including Construction, Sanitary Installations, Electrical/Telecommunication Installations, Ventilation And Filtering, Security, Escape Routes And Equipment). Construction And Installation Of The Entire Facility, To The Extent That They Affect The Safety, Functionality And Compliance With The Mds/Hiding/Shelter Requirements (In Particular: Load-Bearing Capacity Of Ceilings Above Underground Floors, Evacuation Routes, Utility Connections And Cut-Offs).
