The City Of Porta Westfalica Intends To Demolish The Existing School And Build A New 3-Story Elementary School Complex With An Integrated Sports Hall. There Is Also An Existing Sports Hall On The Site, Which Will Be Retained, And A Warming Station, Which Will Be Newly Built. The Warming Station Serves To Supply The New School Complex And The Existing Sports Hall. The Warming Station Will Be Built At The Same Time As The New School Complex. The Outdoor Facilities Will Be Redesigned As Part Of The Construction Project. Existing Trees Will Be Preserved As Much As Possible And Integrated Into The New Outdoor Areas. The Contractor Creates The Shell Of The School Building And The Warming Station. The Tendered Service Includes, Among Other Things, Preparatory Earthworks, Laying The Underground Pipes, Creating The Foundations, Base Slabs, Producing The Masonry Walls, Erecting Prefabricated Concrete Walls And Concreting The Ceilings.
