Due To The Environment In Which Eucap Somalia Is Operating, The Armed Close Protection Service Cannot Be Interrupted In Order To Fulfil Head Of Missions Duty Of Care And Maintain The Operational Capability Of The Mission. Any Kind Of Disruption Would Cause Tangible Effects On The Operational Effectiveness Of The Mission As Well As An Impact On General Levels Of Protection Of Mission Members. Further, This Would Cause Delays In The Implementation Of The Mandate. The Constant Rise In Operational Activities Of The Mission Through The Area Of Operations (Aoo), Presents An Increased Threat To Mission Members, Assets, And Mission Activities As Such.
