The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Zielona Góra Road Traffic Control System, Carried Out As Part Of The Project Titled Improving The Efficiency Of Public Transport In Zielona Góra - Stage Ii. The Order Covers The Expansion And Extension Of The Functionality Of The Existing Its System Or The Construction Of A New Traffic Control System. The Scope Of Work Includes, In Particular, Connecting Traffic Lights To The Central Traffic Control System, Expansion Of The Control Area, Reconstruction Of Intersections (Including Roundabouts) And Implementation Of Traffic Lights Enabling Prioritization Of Public Transport, Construction Of Measurement Stations Based On Video Detection, Expansion Of It Infrastructure, Data Transmission Network, Urban Monitoring System And Retrofitting The Traffic Control Center. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Improve Road Traffic Conditions, In Particular Public Transport, Through Effective Traffic Management And Control, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Functional And Utility Program. 2.
