Sportbedrijf Projecten Bv Develops And Realizes Sustainable, Multifunctional Sports Facilities In An Urban Environment. Based On A Strong Connection With The City Of Rotterdam And In Close Collaboration With The Municipality And Sportbedrijf Rotterdam, We Are Working On Future-Proof Sports Locations That Exercise, Meet And Stimulate Social Value. With A Gross Floor Area Of Approximately 3,500 M², Sports Hall Alexander Is One Of The Larger Sports Halls Within The Municipality Of Rotterdam. The Starting Point Of This Tender Is To Realize An Accessible, Sustainable And Future-Proof Sports Accommodation. The Renovated Sports Hall Must Be Suitable For Physical Education, Top Sports, Recreational Sports And Recreational Use, And Must Be Usable For All Rotterdam Residents For A Period Of At Least 40 Years. Will Be Explained In The Award Guidelines
