Prior Information Notice For Office-Support Services – 1. Rethymnis Municipality Irrigation Support 2026. The Object Of The Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Provision Of The Irrigation Support Service Of The Municipality Of Rethymno. In Particular, For The Irrigation Of The Municipality Of Rethymno, The Following Steps Should Be Taken, Under The Care Of Devar And With The Assistance Of The Contractor, Taking Over The Daily And Ongoing Needs Of The System, Namely: 1. In The Counting Of Water Meters, Distribution Of Accounts, Connections Of Plots Of Land To The Irrigation Network, Interruption Of Benefits Due To Debts And Re-Checking Or Reconnection, Repairs Of Minor Damage To The Irrigation Network, Change Or Installation Valves, Special Parts Etc. Works. These Works Will Be Carried Out By Three (3) Licensed Plumbers, One (1) Licensed Earthmoving Machine Operator And Two (2) Unskilled Workers. The Working Hours Of Said Staff Will Be Eight (8) Hours Daily (Monday – Friday). 2. In Drawing Up Periodic Accounts Of Irrigation Water Consumers, Printing And Preparing Accounts And Submitting Them To D.E.Y.A.R. For Their Further Distribution And Collection. In The Monitoring Of Collections And Debtors, Preparation Of Statements Of Debtors And Water Supply Interruption Orders, Their Submission To D.E.Y.A.R. For Implementation, Preparation Of Reconnections And Their Monitoring. In Accounting Work, Keeping Records Of Irrigation Expenses, Drawing Up The Budget And Recording The Annual Needs. These Tasks Will Be Implemented By One (1) Pe Economist, Two (2) Assistant Accountants, Two (2) De Office Employees And Two (2) De Secretaries-Typists. The Working Hours Of Said Staff Will Be Eight (8) Hours Daily (Monday – Friday). In Detail, Therefore, For The Undertaking Of The Above Works, The Contractor Must Employ Or Cooperate Or Participate In Any Form Of Partnership In A Legal Manner And Throughout The Contractual Execution Of The Works: Three (3) Licensed Plumbers One (1) Licensed Earthmoving Machine Operator Two (2) Unskilled Workers One (1) Pe Economist Two (2) Assistant Accountants Two (2) Employees De Office Two (2) De Secretaries-Typists The Working Hours Of Said Staff Will Be Eight (8) Hours Daily (Monday – Friday).
