Structural Shell Work – Structural Reinforcement Work For The Requalification Of The Forville Market With Creation Of A Slab Garden - Phase 2. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. A First Phase Of Work Enabled Part Of The Structural Interventions To Be Carried Out On The Building. A First Consultation Resulted In The Conclusion Of An Initial Multi-Lot Works Contract, Including All The Services Necessary To Carry Out The Operation (Structure, Footbridge, Networks, Architectural And Landscaping Arrangements). As Part Of The Progress Of The Construction Site And The Adaptation Of The Operational Organization Of The Work, The Continuation Of Interventions Relating To The Structural Reinforcement Of The Building Is The Subject Of This Specific Contract, Corresponding To The Second Part Of The Building (Phase 2). This Contract Concerns Phase 2 Of The Operation, Which Concerns The Continuation And Completion Of The Structural Reinforcement Work On The Second Part Of The Building Necessary For The Complete Completion Of The Project. This Work Concerns In Particular: - Additional Structural Demolitions, - Special Foundations And Underpinning, - Reinforcement Of Posts And Beams, - As Well As Various Structural Adaptations Necessary For The Development Of The Roof Garden. This Phase Concerns Approximately The Remaining 40% Of The Total Surface Area Of The Hall, The Other Parts Having Already Been The Subject Of Interventions During The Previous Phases. This Phase Is Part Of A Logic Of Technical And Constructive Continuity, Without Calling Into Question The Structural, Architectural And Functional Principles Established At The End Of The Studies And Previous Work. For The Record, The Forville Market Rehabilitation Operation Was Initially Organized In The Form Of A Multi-Lot Contract Including In Particular The Following Lots: - Lot 00 - Requirements Common To All Lots - Lot 01 - Structural Work - Structural Reinforcement - Miscellaneous Works Phase 1 - Lot 02 - Footbridge - Uhpc Structure - Lot 03 - Lighting - Electricity Cfo / Cfa - Lot 04 - Facades - Coatings - Paintings - Génoises - Mosaics - Lot 05 - Metalwork - Locksmithing - Gates - Signage - Exterior Furniture - Exterior Joinery - Blinds - Lot 06 - Floor Coverings And Brick Facings - Sanded Concrete Floor - Vrd - Lot 07 - Plantations - Watering This Contract Covers The Services Relating To The Structural Work And Structural Reinforcement Initially Planned As Part Of The Operation, In Order To Ensure The Continuation And Completion Of These Interventions In The Framework Of Phase 2
