The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Operation Entitled: Equipping The Provincial Headquarters Of The State Fisheries Guard In Wrocław With 3 Off-Road Vehicles In Order To Increase The Effectiveness Of Monitoring Compliance With The Provisions Of The Inland Fisheries Act Co-Financed By The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture Under The Action Control And Enforcement Of The Provisions Of The Common Fisheries Policy In The Scope Of Priority 1. Supporting Sustainable Fishing And The Reconstruction And Protection Of Living Aquatic Resources Covered By The European Funds For Fisheries Program For Years 2021-2027. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of 3 Brand New Off-Road Vehicles With Pick-Up Bodies Equipped With Diesel Engines With A Power Of Min. 160 Hp With 4-Wheel Drive And Additional Equipment. General Requirements For Vehicles: 1) Must Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz; 2) They Must Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2024 From Brand New Elements, Unused, Complete, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects; 3) They Must Be Ready For Registration And Use For The Purposes Specified In The Swz And The Annexes To The Swz; 4) Cannot Be Prototype Vehicles; They Cannot Come From A Trial Series; 5) Are Not Limited By The Rights Of Third Parties, Nor Are They The Subject Of Any Proceedings Or Security (The Contractor Has Full Right To Dispose Of The Vehicles); 6) Must Meet The Technical Conditions Required By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Passenger Cars Driving On Public Roads And The Requirements Set By The Provisions Of Community Law Of The European Union; 7) They Must Be Approved For Road Traffic On The Basis Of An Ec Certificate Of Conformity Issued In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, From Which It Follows 8) The Scope Of Necessary Vehicle Equipment Must Be Consistent With The Regulations And Standards In Force In Poland, And The Materials And Equipment Used Must Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates; 9) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide: - Warranty For Mechanical Components Without Mileage Limit - Min. 24 Months - Body Perforation Warranty Without Mileage Limit - Min. 24 Months - Paint Coating Warranty Without Mileage Limit - Min. 24 Months - Warranty For The Foil Protecting The Vehicle Body - Min. 24 Months 10) The Ordering Party Applied Environmental Requirements In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law; 12) The Place Of Delivery Of Fully Equipped 3 Cars Constituting The Subject Of The Order Together With A Complete Set Of Documentation, Including Certificates And Approvals Indicated In The Opz, Is A Car Sales Showroom Or A Place Indicated In The Offer By The Contractor In Poland. It Is Allowed To Change The Place Of Collection Of Cars Provided That The Ordering Party Consents.
