The Provision Of Banking Services For Card Payments Through Pos Terminals Installed At The Counters Of The Fiscal Directorate (Central Headquarters And/Or At Other Collection Points In The City), Mobile Pos, As Well As Unattended Pos Installed In Selftax Type Terminals: The Maximum Number Of Pos Terminals That Are Estimated To Be Installed Are: - 10 Pcs At The Counters Of The Braşov Fiscal Directorate Cashiers; - 5 Pieces Of Mobile Pos Used In Vehicles That Pick Up Illegally Parked Cars; - 3 Unattended Pos Units Installed In The Selftax Type Terminals Belonging To The Municipality Of Braşov (The Equipment Allows The Payment Of Taxes And Fees With The Card, Having One Unattended Pos Type Installed Each). The Maximum Value Of Transactions Estimated To Be Collected Through Pos Terminals Is 220,000,000.00 Lei. Technical Specifications. Conditions. Delivery And Reception: According To The Specifications - In The Formulation Of The Technical Offer, All The Components Of The Specifications Will Be Found In Their Entirety And Mandatory, The Bidder Introducing In The Offer The Full Assumption Of All Existing Chapters. - The Proposed System For Processing Card Payments Through Fixed, Mobile And Unattended Pos Terminals Must Meet The Minimum Requirements And Conditions Required By The Specifications - Technical Specifications Indicating A Certain Origin, Source, A Special Process, A Factory Or Trade Mark, A Manufacturing License Are Mentioned Only To Easily Identify The Type Of Product And/Or Service; These Specifications Will Be Considered As Having The Mention Of Or Equivalent. All The Requirements Set Out Below Will Be Taken Into Account, Requirements That Must Be Met If The Offer Involves An Equivalent Solution. Equivalence Will Be Demonstrated For Each Specification.
