The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste In An Amount Of Min. 4,000 Mg A Max. 4,500 Mg. With Code 19 12 12 (Oversize Fraction >80 Mm) Produced In Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalne Sp. Z O. O. In Rzędów. 2. Waste With Code 19 12 12 (Oversize Fraction >80 Mm), I.E. Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment, Generated At The Municipal Waste Management Plant Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością In Rzędów. 3. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Specified Amounts Of Waste Are Approximate And May Change. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Minimum Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Managed At The Level Of: 4,000 Mg. 4. The Contractor Will Manage The Waste In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions. 5. Waste Covered By This Order Must Be Transported And Then Managed In Installations That Have Decisions Allowing The Processing Of This Waste In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Law. 6. Waste Collection Will Be Carried Out By Transport Organized By The Contractor And At His Expense From The Municipal Waste Management Company Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością In Rzędów, Also In Terms Of Transport Costs And Insurance For The Time Of Transport And Unloading To An Authorized Installation. 7. When The Waste Is Handed Over To The Contractor By The Ordering Party, All Benefits And Burdens Related To It And The Risk Of Accidental Loss Or Damage Are Transferred To The Contractor. 8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 8 Of The Swz. 9. The Order In Question Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Conditions Contained In The Tor. 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Require: - The Contractor To Visit The Site Or, - The Contractor To Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Party. 11. Article Does Not Apply To These Proceedings. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law On The Employment Of Employees Performing Services Under Employment Contracts, Because The Service Is Provided In A Place Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party. Lack Of Access Makes It Impossible To Actually Control How Employees Perform The Required Work. The Service Will Be Provided In One Waste Management Plant, Remote From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Usually These Are Plants Closed To Third Parties For Health And Life Safety Reasons. 12. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order, Which May Include Economic, Environmental, Social, Innovation, Employment Or Confidential Aspects Of Information Provided To The Contractor During The Execution Of The Order, Referred To In Art. 96 Of The Public Procurement Law. 13. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right For Only Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law.
