Overhaul And Refurbishment Work – Framework Agreement For Repairs And Maintenance Of Buildings Owned Or Under The Administration Of The Municipality Of Timișoara, As Well As The Infrastructure In Their Premises. Based On The Framework Agreement And The Subsequent Contracts That Will Be Concluded, Repairs And Maintenance Will Be Carried Out On The Buildings Owned Or Under The Administration Of The Municipality Of Timișoara, As Well As The Infrastructure In Their Premises, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Award Documentation. The Types Of Works Requested (They Are Not Limiting) By This Task Book Are:  Installation Works For Buildings;  Construction Finishing Works;  Insulation Works;  Water Installation Works;  Electrical Installation Works;  Building Construction Works. The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement And Subsequent Contracts Can Be Found In F3 Framework Agreement, Respectively F3 Subsequent Contract - Lists With Work Quantities. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 48 Months And Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded Once Every 12 Months Or Whenever Needed, Depending On The Needs That Arise. The Estimated Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Is: 50,470,580.17 Lei Without Vat And The Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement Is 12,617,645.03 Lei Without Vat.
