The Goal Is The Consistent Digitalization And Professionalization Of Research Processes - From The Project Idea Through Financing To Completion And Publication. The Subject Of The Procurement Is An Integrated Digital Platform For The Management Of The Entire Research Life Cycle At The Fhgr. The Procurement Covers Three Core Areas: * System Delivery: Provision Of Software Licenses, Configuration Of Role-Based Access Rights And Integration With The Fhgrs Existing System Landscape (Including Ms Dynamics, Dspace - See Requirements Catalog For Details). * Implementation: Conception And Implementation Of The End-To-End Processes From The Project Idea To Project Completion, Including Employee Training And Structured Change Management. * Operations And Support: First-Level Support Remains As The Primary Point Of Contact At Fhgr, While The Provider Is Responsible For Third-Level Support And Application Management (Releases, Updates). The Final Allocation Of Second-Level Support Tasks Is Determined By Mutual Agreement As Part Of The System Evaluation Based On The Service Suggestions From The Providers.
