The Object Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Goods, Carried Out By Purchase, As Well As All Necessary Preliminary Costs For The Use Of The Goods, Such As Installation And Assembly Works, Testing Of Machines And Equipment Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Plo And The Warranty Maintenance Of The New Elevators. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Three Cargo-Passenger Hospital Elevator Systems In The Umbal Prof.-R. Stoyan Kirkovich Jsc, Stara Zagora. Subject And Brief Description Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: Delivery Of 3 New Elevators To Be Installed In The Place Of Three Old Elevators, Dismantling Of The Available Three Old Elevator Systems, Installation Of The Delivered New Elevators, Inspections And Tests In Accordance With The Procedures For Evaluating And Certifying The Conformity Of The Facilities And Commissioning, Certification And Their Registration Before The State Agency For Metrological And Technical Supervision (Damtn), Including The Submission Of An Application On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority To The Relevant Regional Department Of The Main Directorate Inspection For State Technical Supervision (Dg Idtn), As Well As Warranty Support And Warranty (Service) Service, According To The Terms Of The Technical Specification And The Parts, Materials, Consumables, Activities And Conditions Of The Warranty Service, According To The Manufacturers Requirements And Described In The Participants Technical Proposal. The Due Fees For The Notification Are For The Account Of The Contractor. All The Activities Described Above And In The Technical Specification Are Included In The Execution Of The Order And In The Specified Limit Value, Incl. And The Costs For Warranty And Service Maintenance Of The Three Elevators, Incl. And For The Legally Regulated Activities That Are Carried Out For This Period, And Their Price. The Contractor Should Provide The Dismantled Old Elevators To The Employer. The Public Procurement Is Not Divided Into Separate Positions. Deadline: 1. The Deadline For The Delivery Of The Three Elevators Cannot Be Longer Than 120 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Following The Date Of Receipt Of The Request For Delivery (Letter Of Assignment) From The Employer And Advance Payment Made, According To The Terms Of The Draft Contract. Dismantling Of The Existing Three Elevator Facilities Should Be Carried Out Before The Installation, As The Old Elevators Are Still Operational And This Period Of Dismantling Cannot Be Longer Than 28 Calendar Days From The Receipt Of A Contract Letter From The Employer For Dismantling. 2. The Term For Putting The New Three Facilities Into Operation Cannot Be Longer Than 45 (Forty-Five) Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Installation And Noted In The Acceptance-Handover Protocol For The Completed Installation And The Opinion/Protocol Of The Contractor For Approving The Necessary Supplies Of Goods/Or Used Services Performed By The Contracting Authority And/Or Performed Cmr For The Installation Of The Three Elevator Systems.
