The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Telecommunications System (Based On Avaya Aura Version 10.01) Installed At The Ordering Party And Its Modernization To The Latest Version During The Execution Of The Order, As Well As The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Technical And Warranty Service For The Completed Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of A Technical Service Consisting Of: 1) Providing A Service-Desk Service, Under Which The Contractor Will Provide The Possibility Of Reporting Errors And Faults By Telephone And E-Mail, 2) Restoring The Configuration Of Devices To The Same Condition As Before The Failure After Removing The Failure, 3) Providing Consulting Services (E.G. Assistance In Configuring New Services, Expansion).
