U.A.T. Drobeta Turnu Severin Wishes To Delegate By Concessioning The Local Public Transport Service Of People Through Regular Trips From The Municipality Of Drobeta Turnu Severin. The Activity Of Local Public Transport Of People Through Regular Runs Is Carried Out In Order To Ensure The Movement Of Travelers In Safe Conditions Of Road And Pedestrian Traffic, Comfort, Regularity And Continuity. The Local Public Passenger Transport Service Must Ensure The Travel Requirements Of Citizens Within The Municipality Of Drobeta Turnu Severin, On Routes And With Predetermined Traffic Schedules, Depending On The Demand For Transport And The Available Capacity. Considering The Distribution Of The Population Of The Municipality Of Drobeta-Turnu Severin And The Need To Provide An Alternative Transport For As Many Residents As Possible, The Important Centers From An Economic And/Or Social Point Of View, But Also The Performance Of Transport Services Under The Conditions Of Obtaining A Minimum, Reasonable Profit By Those Who Perform Them, It Was Necessary To Provide Local Public Transport Services For People On The Following Routes: Route No. 1, Route No. 1R, Route No. 2, Route No. 3, Route No. 3R, Route No. 4, Route No. 6 And Route No. 7. Passenger Routes 1 And 1R Ensure The Circulation Of Passengers In The E-W Direction Connecting The Main Objectives In The Eastern Area (Intermodal Center, Sebn) With Those In The Western Area (Santierul Naval, Sere). Route 2 Serves The Population Of Banovița, Crihala Nord And Walter Mărăcineanu Neighborhoods. Passenger Routes No. 3, 3R And 7 Cover The Movement Of Travelers From The Eastern Part Of The Municipality (Centru Intermodal, Sebn) And The Neighboring Neighborhoods From The Western Part Of The Municipality (Gura Văii District, Dudașu Schelei). Route 4 Completely Covers The Movement Of Travelers In The N-E Direction Connecting The Main Objectives In The Eastern Part Of The Municipality (Intermodal Center, Sebn) With Those In The North (Pădurea Crihala, Cicero).
