Framework Contract For The Rehabilitation, Modernization And Expansion Of The Sustainable Urban Mobility Infrastructure. Execution Of The Construction, Rehabilitation, Modernization And Expansion Of Sustainable Urban Mobility Infrastructure The Concrete Object Of The Contract Consists, Mainly, In: • The Creation Of A Coherent Network Of Bike Paths, With A Length Of Approximately 115 Km; • Reconfiguration Of Road And Pedestrian Platforms To Increase Safety And Comfort; • The Arrangement Of Ground Parking And Access Ways, Including For Bicycles, And The Implementation Of Road Safety Solutions And Intelligent Transport Systems. During The Framework Agreement, With A Validity Of 4 Years, The Contracting Authority Estimates The Conclusion Of Approximately 12 Subsequent Contracts, Respectively, On Average, 3-5 Subsequent Contracts/Year, Depending On: • The Actual Investment And Maintenance Needs; • The Annual Budget Programming And/Or The Calendar Of Non-Reimbursable Financing; • The Stage Of The Technical-Economic Documentation. The Execution Period For The Largest Subsequent Contract Is 6 Months. This Estimate Is Indicative And Does Not Oblige The Contracting Authority To Reach A Certain Number Of Subsequent Contracts, Provided That The Maximum Values ​​And Quantities Established By The Framework Agreement Are Respected, But The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Conclude More Or Fewer Subsequent Contracts, Depending On The Needs. Estimates Regarding The Minimum And Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement And Subsequent Contracts: • The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement To Be Concluded Is 263,421,091.50 Lei Without Vat, Corresponding To The Maximum Quantities Of Products That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement; • The Minimum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement To Be Concluded Is 4,858,408.25 Lei Without Vat, Corresponding To The Minimum Quantities Of Products That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement; • The Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Is 41,158,574.25 Lei Without Vat, Corresponding To The Maximum Quantities Of Products That Could Be Requested During The Duration Of A Subsequent Contract; • The Estimated Value Of The Smallest Subsequent Contract Is 4,715,475.75 Lei Without Vat, Corresponding To The Minimum Quantities Of Products That Could Be Requested During The Duration Of A Subsequent Contract.
