The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Where Residents Live And From Real Estate Used For Recreational Purposes, Located In The Mokrsko Commune, In The Period From July 1, 2026 To June 30, 2029, And Equipping Them With Waste Containers Or Bags, As Agreed With The Ordering Party. 4.2. The Above-Mentioned Service Is To Be Provided In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of: 1) The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), 2) The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), 3) The Plan Waste Management For The Łódź Voivodeship For The Years 2025-2030, Taking Into Account The Years 2031-2036 Adopted By Resolution No. Xvii/204/2025 Of The Regional Assembly Of The Łódź Voivodeship Of August 26, 2025, 4) Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of May 10, 2021 On The Method Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions, 5) Local Law Acts In Force In The Mokrsko Commune. 4.3. As A Result Of The Signed Contract, The Contractor, For The Price Specified In The Contract, Will Provide A Service In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties And Properties Used For Recreational Purposes In The Mokrsko Commune.
