The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Processing Of A Proposal For Complex Land Improvements (Hereinafter Referred To As Kopú) In The Cadastral Territory Of Šlapanov, Including The Necessary Geodetic Works In The Accuracy Class Determined For The Renewal Of The Real Estate Cadastre By Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On The Real Estate Cadastre, As Amended. Kopú Will Be Solved With Special Attention To The Adjustment Of Water Management Conditions, Anti-Erosion And Anti-Flood Measures. As Part Of Land Management, It Is Necessary To Design Effective Measures To Mitigate Erosion And Thus Promote Greater Safety Against The Effects Of Floods. The Entire Cadastral Territory Of The Municipality Of Šlapanov, Outside The Built-Up Territory Of The Municipality, Will Be Included In The Complex Land Management Area. The Estimated Size Of The Area Under Consideration Is 603 Ha In The Cadastral Area.
