Whenever In This Tor The Subject Of The Contract Is Described With An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party, Describing The Subject Of The Order, Based On The Instruction Expressed In Art. 99 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Indicated The Trademark Or Origin Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Impossibility Of Describing It Exhaustively Using Precise And Understandable Terms. By Describing The Subject Of The Order Using Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Delivered Products, The Ordering Party Determines The Quality, Technical And Functional Parameters That The Subject Of The Order Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party, Indicated In The Description Constituting Annex No. 5 Of The Swz Content.
