Work Environment Services – Framework Agreement [Rok] Repair Of Glass Damage Q4 26–Q4 28 (And Possibly Q4 28–Q4 30). Repair Of Glass Damage For Buildings In The Municipality Of Apeldoorn And Accres The Contracting Authority(Ies) Have Chosen To Include The Glass Repair Or Glass Replacement Service, Including The Supply Of Glass (And Other Products And Materials) And The Subsequent Painting Service (And The Supply Of Paint And Other Materials) In One Order And Not To Apply Parcels. These Activities Are Functionally And Technically Inextricably Linked; Painting Must Take Place In Accordance With And In Conjunction With Glass Repair To Ensure Quality And Protection. By Making One Contractor Responsible, Liability Is Allocated Clearly And Risks Of Delays And Loss Of Quality Are Reduced. This Leads To More Efficient Implementation And Prevents Double Mobilization Costs. One Hundred (100) Properties Are Managed And/Or Owned Within The Municipal Boundaries Of The Municipality Of Apeldoorn. In Addition, Accres Manages And/Or Owns Sixty-One (61) Properties. This Assignment Concerns Two Framework Agreements. A Framework Agreement With An Estimate Of €665,885 (Apeldoorn Municipality) And A Framework Agreement With An Estimate Of €68,584 (Accres). The Assignment Has A Total Estimated Value Of € 734,469. The Assignment Value Over The Total Term Of The Framework Agreement With The Municipality Of Apeldoorn Is Capped At 150% Of The Amount As Stated Above Under Estimated Value. This Leads To A Maximum Order Value Excluding Vat Of The Framework Agreement With The Municipality Of Apeldoorn Of € 998,827.50. Once This Value Has Been Reached, The Framework Agreement May Only Be Used In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles 2.163A To 2.163G Of The Public Procurement Act 2012. If These Provisions Can No Longer Be Invoked, The Framework Agreement Will No Longer Have Any Effect And The Contracting Authority May No Longer Use It, Regardless Of The Remaining Term Of The Framework Agreement. If The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Has Been Reached, Or In The Opinion Of The Client Will Be Exceeded In The Short Term, The Client Is Entitled To Terminate The Framework Agreement Prematurely. In That Case, A Notice Period Of One (1) Month Applies. The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Right To Compensation From The Client From This Termination. The Order Value Over The Total Term Of The Framework Agreement With Accres Is Capped At 150% Of The Amount As Stated Above Under Estimated Value. This Leads To A Maximum Order Value Excluding Vat Of The Framework Agreement With Accres Of € 102,876. Once This Value Has Been Reached, The Framework Agreement May Only Be Used In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles 2.163A To 2.163G Of The Public Procurement Act 2012. If These Provisions Can No Longer Be Invoked, The Framework Agreement Will No Longer Have Any Effect And The Contracting Authority May No Longer Use It, Regardless Of The Remaining Term.
